Description
My friend Sam thinks it's halrious that the business world frequently uses imagery of 3 gears messhed together as iconography in various ways. One would assume that 3 gears all interlocked would normally be prevented from turning.
This design was to prove that indeed 3 gears meshed together can be functional. Each gear in this design is unique. Two of the gears are designed such that they do not interfere with each other.
Printing Details
This prints great in PLA with plenty of built-in clearances. Do take care of the "concave" gear as it is the most susceptible to warping. This model was designed to avoid the need for support material.
