Description
This trophy is for 3DPIAwards 2018. This design's concept is smoothness including sharpness. I attached trigonometoric function to the free hand curve for the purpose of making the smoothly changing surface. And I represented sharpness using the inner lattice that profile is rhombus. Bottom base has micro features on its surface. Although this trophy is made of transparent resin, the base looks slightly opaque with its micro pattern like frosted glass.
this is my first time to design for SLA and I haven't tried to make it. But I believe it's possible to print.
