Here are my Cosplay Caliper tools I designed after seeing Nikko Industries awesome video explaining how he made his with foam. I figured I'd take that same concept and make it 3D Printable.
These were designed to be printed on a CR-10 like build volume 3D Printer but you can scale to any size.
I've also shared the Tinkercad file. Feel free to modify it further and share your tweaks!

No Supports needed. No rafts needed. Should be able to print all parts in about 4 hours.
I used 20% infill at .2mm layer height
