To everyone who downloaded the Version one of the starlord mask Big Thanks! So without further delay here is version Two. This mask comes in four sections with two lens incersts which can be incerted or used as a template to cut around depending on what material you want your lenses to be. The parts can be scaled in a thirdparty software for more precision, this will help when figuring out how to match the model to your head size. The helmet featured in the main image is scaled for a smaller person but you can see how it fits together. I reccomend printing this mask on a Z18, Ultimaker 2 or a printer with a large build volume to be able to fit all head sizes and needs.
Print the left and right side piece facing upwards as this can change your print time from 25 hours to 11 per section. Print the facemask in the same orientation facing upwards with the lens holes facing forward in the Y orientation. I recommend a 15% infill and printing at 200 microns in resolution. To increase comfort feel free to pick up some foam to add to the inside of the mask and try experimenting with LEDS to finish of the mask. I used gorilla epoxy to secure the parts together.
