I am using a 10mm square hole pegboard for organizing my parts and since I didn't want to buy a lot of different hooks, I designed a generic version in Fusion 360 which allows me to generate perfect fitting hooks for individual parts. There are two versions of the design:

• One is a plain hook you can insert into your pegboard.
• The other features an additional recess which allows a better fit for boxes where the lid is a little bit taller than the lower part of the box.

I uploaded some variations which you can use directly, but I also uploaded the Fusion360 files, so you can adjust the parameters yourself and generate perfect fitting hooks for your square hole pegboard.

While I use the Güde GL Pegboard 1200 40475 it should fit for different manufacturers.
