Joy-Con Grip
Joy-Con Grip

This 3D printed symmetric design Joy-Con grip works with both left and right Joy-Con. An ergonomic design with the access of all the buttons and simple as sliding the Joy-Con from the top into the grip, giving the user a better fit for holding the controller.
The Grip needs to be printed at a 45deg angle so it can be printed without support! The grip has a flat surface to easily print.
This controller DOES NOT require support material! (With these recommended settings with a LOT of cooling)
Layers height: 0.1 or lower
Active cooling: yes (more is better)
Speed: 60 mm/s or slower (slower is better)
Infill: 20% with 1.2mm shell thickness or more (if you’re an extreme gamer or like a heavier controller, more infill is for you but 20% is strong enough)
Brim: recommended
Time: 5h

Don’t worry if your printer has a hard time printing without support! If you want also want a faster print, these recommendations are for you.
The best part of the support material is that it does not interfere with the position of the hands. So even with the excess material from the support (Very small amount that can be removed) it does not touch the hands!
Layers height: 0.2 or 0.25
Support: Touching build plate only
Overhang angle for support: 60deg
Active cooling: yes
Speed: 60 mm/s or slower
Infill: 20% with 1.2mm shell thickness or more
Brim: recommended
Time: 2.5h
I hope you all like the grip. Thanks!
