First attempt at a bearing. I don not personally recommend its use due to friction between pellets causing them to not roll properly.
3D printed bearing designed for high load and low speed applications. Light post processing required.
Requires 9 airsoft pellets. High Density preferred.
Parts are in inches. Print with higher infill to produce a sturdier bearing. Recommended finest resolution and slowest print speed.
1. Print parts.
2. Nest center shell within the outer shell while holding the two in place. If you intend to lubricate the bearing, use silicon grease.
3. Push Airsoft pellets into the bearing through the hole in the side of the outer shell. Rotate inner shell to disperse pellets from hole.
4. Seal hole with the provided plug.
