During the developing stage within 11-14 weeks of pregnancy, from head to bottom (crown to rump), the baby is about 8.7cm (3.4in) and weighs around 43g (1.5oz). She is roughly the size of a lemon. Her body and limbs are now growing faster than her head. This growth will help to put her arms and legs in proportion with the rest of her body. baby is really starting to take on the look of a real little person now, with their hair and eyebrows beginning to grow, and their own set of fingerprints in place
