Sooo. is this printable?¿?¿? OMG yes it is! I made it two different ways with a few modifications, For both blue and red versions, I made very sutile modifications of some vertex of the design so it is 100% printable without any support, specially near the start of the light lenses and in the wheel zone. The blue version is just 260mm wheelbase; In the moment I did it the real car Wheelbase was unknown... This version can be printed in 200x200x200 printer. To print it, I just took it as two halfs of solid car. I just used 2 perimeters and 0% infill, so in the end I got a complete shell of both front and rear parts. I used a iron to cut out all the not needed plastic (about a 30%, much waist) but the resulting shell is extra light! For the red one, I decided to go thicker to print it in TPU, remove the not needed parts of the plastic, create my own shell in CAD of 1.6mm thickness, but also some PLA reinforcement which run along the car from holding post to holding post. This red version has a 275mm wheelbase, near the real car one, and is mostly un-destructible :) I have seen this model or very little variations being sold by other people than you and it is a pitty. In the other hand, some people is asking me for this design. I would like to share it with them for free but I would like you to confirm there is no problem. My idea is suggest them to tip you and I will only probably share with people who buy MyRCCar KIDS, as it is the perfect companion. Thank you again for this great design! It took me 127 hours of printing (with 1.5 spools of PLA), and a couple of months of post-processing.
