MyMiniFactory is a 3-year old London-based 3D printable object-sharing platform. We host close to 20k 3D designs from more 4k digital creators from all around the world. We are not a cloud 3D printing service, but rather we believe in desktop 3D printers becoming mainstream. Our mission is to serve quality 3D printable content to this growing number of people with access to desktop 3D printers. We are an open platform and provide guaranteed 3D printable objects (guaranteed through software, as well through the MyMiniFactory Wonderland, our community of talented 3D printer owners).

MyMinifactory works with talented and trustworthy people who love everything about what the 3D printing industry has to offer. We are always looking for 3D printing enthusiasts to join our team of pioneers in London (very close to Whitechapel tube in E1).

!HOT! ---- B2B SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (FULL TIME) ---- !HOT!

MyMiniFactory is looking for a B2B Sales and Business Development candidate to join the team. The focus of this position is to help brands and product companies make the move to 3D printable content, by tapping into our community of talented 3D designers (2016 references include: Google, Parrot, pebble, Bethesda, Autodesk, Playstation, etc.). Most product categories you can think of will be disrupted by consumer 3D printing, and MyMiniFactory is in a unique position to become the partner of choice of established brands, as well as innovative product startups.

You will be developing the business and new projects by communicating the value propositions directly to prospects. The candidates will need to be passionate about delivering the potential of consumer 3D printing, which will translate in confidence when approaching, pitching and closing deals. You will need to articulate the propositions effectively and manage the sales process, from cold call through to closing of the deal.

The candidate must be highly ambitious and determined to succeed, eager to join a growing business with global ambitions.

You will also work closely with the Marketing and Technical teams to oversee the project delivery.

JUNIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER (FULL TIME)

MyMiniFactory is looking for a full-stack web developer to join the team. The focus of our web development team is to:

- develop the best platform for 3D designers to upload and share content (we would be nothing without our community of designers)

- develop an easy-to-enjoy experience for people browsing for 3D printable content (the demand side)

The web development team works closely with Product and Marketing teams, for example on projects with big brands (2016 references include: Google, Parrot, pebble, Bethesda, Autodesk, Playstation, etc.).

The ideal candidate is a junior full-stack developer who is passionate about emerging technology and who wants to take part with a small team in building out this vision for distributing 3D printable objects. The role requires knowledge in php, html, css, js and MVC frameworks. We run Symfony2, so experience with that is a bonus. Interest in working with newer/different web technologies is also a bonus (React/Angular, python, Django, etc.).

!HOT! ----- JUNIOR FRONT-END DEVELOPER (FULL TIME) ----- !HOT!

Working with the web development team, the ideal candidate is a junior front-end developer who is passionate about beautiful, clean and simple UIs. The role requires knowledge in html, css and js. Interest in working with newer/different web technologies is also a bonus (React/Angular, python, Django, etc.).

MARKETING ASSISTANT (INTERNSHIP)

MyMiniFactory is looking for a talented marketing intern. We won't expect you to be an expert on 3D printing, but instead to have a passion for marketing, very good common sense, wanting to learn new skills, a will to work in a start-up team looking to get things done. You'll work on social media, PR, ad hoc projects, design competitions, and anything else you show talent for. For you, "no" is not an answer and you appreciate challenges. We're a digital platform, so we expect you to be digitally savvy as well. Either self-taught (for example though entrepreneurial projects) or with a formal marketing education (for example from a business school or university), you show the attitude necessary to benefit truly from an experience in a fast moving start-up. You will need to have the right to be in the UK. The duration of the internship is flexible, so is the start date (we're looking for the right candidates).

CREATIVE AND DESIGN

MyMiniFactory is the first believer is the power of user-generated content and creative designers all around the world. As such, we are a platform distributing the content of such talented designers as the members of the Studios designers for example. MyMiniFactory does not create content, but rather is an open social platform for desktop 3D printing, gathering designers from all across the world. We incubate creative and design talents in our London HQ who understand how 3D printing can help them build their portfolios, profiles, brands and even their companies. These inspiring designers work in a team, with sharing and openness being two key values, and benefit from huge freedom. We will give you access to 3D printers and accompany you in your project to turn your ideas into a reality!
