As my own little nod to Rhino 3D I decided to 3D model this mech style rhino head with wooden horns, using Rhino 3D.
I built the surfaces as individual objects then combined them together with one larger surface between them.
I then printed the head from bronzefill and the horns from woodfill to give this great stylised finish.
The bronzefill has been post processed and finished to give it its new look, bronzefill will print as a dull colour without post processing.
this object was printed in woodfill and bronzefill, though it could be printed in PLA just fine too! if printed in pla, use 10% infill with a 0.2mm layer height. printing in bronzefill and woodfill can be a little more tricky and your settings will need to be specific. check out your provider of your material for more details on how to print with it successfully!
