Edit 1/9/17
Updated Tank Trooper Helmet with less steep sides. The parts are of the new Helmet now "v3".
Added picture of the front of the helmet with the updates.
I left the "old' complete helmet model on the page "v1".
Edit 1/8/17
I changed the pitch of the sides of the helmet. As some people pointed out the pitch was too steep. Thanks for the feed back. I will update the models once I finish breaking up the helmet to printable size.
Note : Model "v3" is the tank trooper helmet with the less of a pitch on the side pieces. I will break up model and update page.
As always Geoffro has created a much more accurate Tank Trooper Helmet. I hope one day i will be at his level. Here is the link to his awesome helmet:

This is a Imperial combat assault tank pilot or tank trooper helmet. I have not printed it out but will be printing it out and posting pictures very soon.
This helmet was designed in Fusion 360 using reference pictures from the movie and internet.
I know this is not 100% accurate but it is as close as i can get with my skills.
printed at 50% scale very easily with default support auto generation, no raft. With a couple rotations i was able to fit all the parts onto a single 210x210 print space. Part 17 and 19 (lowest chin tips) seem to be sliced incorrectly from the full helmet and do not fit into the assembly correctly. They should only be a few mm tall to cap off the chin tips, but instead are too long. *see photos* also printed the to check printability as a whole part, rotated so neck of helm sit as flat as possible, support and raft used for small contact to bed.. scaling did cause some issues with thin wall in a couple spots although the print preveiw did not show the problems. theses issues should do not appear above 50% scale... V3 helmet (whole) 35% scale, 93x115x99mm, 118g, 360 minutes.
