Worked on one of the earliest 3D modeling systems in the late 80's called Graftek, a software system that was developed in Boulder Colorado, and ran on a Unex based platform, worked as a software support engineer for many years, in the mid 90's moved across to the Microstation and Delcam systems as a support engineer, also became heavily involved in 3D CNC machining and developed some of the earliest models for stereo lithographic printing (the predecessor to 3D printing) also developed skills using Artcam, Rhino, 3D studio Max, Autocad Mechanical (early Autocad 3D system) I am semi retired but I still enjoy creating models in Fusion 360 and occasionally Microstation, I own a simple Robo R1 printer and get a big kick out of creating printed parts for household use and gadgets, plus uploading models for others to print.
