These are pocket clips for the most standard diameter of bigger-than-cigarette size E-Cig vaporizers. They make an easy pocket clip and Lanyard loop for either 14mm or 16.5mm wide vaporizer batteries. I came up with the idea initially while trying to make a replacement clip/loop for a AA Mag-Light. I could not find anything like this on any 3D files sites, so I made my own. Print at 0.2mm, 20% Infill with PLA (220c/HBP off/Painter's Tape/No Raft/No Support/Print vertically/). I did have a 2 layer, 4mm seperation / 2 outline skirt, but this was likely unnecessary. Simplify3D used to slice and print over USB. ABS had too much shrinkage, but some tinkering with scaling up would probably fix this. At these settings I could print 15 at a time in a little over 3 hours on my (heavily modified) Powerspec 3D Pro (Microcenter-Branded Flashforge Creator Pro) to give out to my friends (who seem to like them alot). This was created with Autodesk 123Design (files included) Enjoy!
Print at 0.2 mm layer height, with 10% infill. This uses 4 g of filament and takes 36 minutes.
