I would use ABS for this print as it has a high melting temperature but idealy you should use silicon if possible it would be best if your printer takes it, I would avoid using PLA as it may melt. Warning out the way i can tell you a bit more about the design. Its to hold hairstraightners once you have unplugged it and it has starting to cool, the design will not hold wide plated straightners. I have used the redbull can inside, cuting off only the top to help absorb the heat and prevent the plastic from heat damage. It has two acsessories depending on if you want a stand or to be able to hook it onto a rail or wardrobe/chest of drawers handle. It has an easy screw top which allows to to switch from on acsessory to another.
the holder and hook acsessory (lid) print without supports, print the stand with supports but remove any supports which may show int he screw top. You could print the stand upside down without any supports but i have not been able to test this theory so it may be a risk if you chose to.
