This object was made in Tinkercad. https://www.tinkercad.com/things/kH2gi1h7jWU Worked over many revisions and full prints to get the small adjustments just right.
I've also got some honeycomb cutout's in tinkercad all ready to go if the oval doesn't do it for ya, I just liked the classy feel.
Print from 0.1 (what I have in the photo's) to 0.3 and you'll be fine unless you use the honeycomb, then 0.2 is your max.
I like 3 walls. or if 2 walls fill in the voids.
I've been more successful when using the honeycomb design to use full supports and a small interface layer on them. the oval needs nothing.
Infill as you want, really it's just the bottom that has any anyways. I like cura's cubic at 35% or slic3r's 3d honeycomb or just line's if higher.
