This is my last-minute entry into the #Tinkerfun Competition. I was thinking of the simplest toy I had the most fun with as a kid, and I remember having a simple plastic toy that you spun between your hands and it would just take off! I was trying to think of a way to print it without having to risk the thin tower splitting or failing during printing, and I thought to make the top and wings snappable into the post.
Hopefully I'll get a printer soon so I can try it, and I hope it works out for anyone who tries it themselves!

Both wings are actually the same file, so you have to print it twice.
You can print the topper without supports, but the other pieces require them. I have no experience with printing, but I would think that higher infill would be good.

Print all objects standing up (on end) with support and brim to stabilize them. Print two "wings." Remove support material and deburr edges of the connecting parts of the wing and post so they fit together nicely and snap the "top" part on. You may need to print the "top" at a slightly larger scale (105%) for it to fit easily. Use glue for strength if necessary.
