Description
This is by a far stretch the coolest thing I ever printed! I love the art style! One can clearly see the dedication of the designer. There are so many things that show the attention to detail. This is a work of passion! The full modularity makes it printable on an Ender 2. The parts are thoughtfuly arranged in sets for maximum stability and a good overview. However it was a pain to slice and print. Although this is a fully modular object, almost every part has to be printed with suports. This surprised and annoyed me a lot as there are so many flat surfaces and chamfers. But on the surfaces that are perfectly suited as a bottom surface there are some "kitbash" details that are sticking out instead of being enbossed into the object. Or there are 90° overhangs without any reason where a camfer could fit in. So you need to rotate some parts and have the supports dialed in perfectly to make this printable without a lot of post processing or ugly surfaces. I set the z distance between object and support to 50 micron to get supports that enable good detail and are still detachable. Also the clearance for the parts that are supposed to be a friction fit was everything between very tight and very loose. So I had to glue some parts in place. Dear JWoong, please update your object with little printhelpers to make it easier to print. If the clearance was the same for all fittings that would be awesome as well. However, I enjoy this thing very much and think this is well worth the asked price of roughly 10 money. Would love to have a pilot for it. :)
