UX/UI Senior Manager - permanent full-time role (London office or remote)
MyMiniFactory is enabling a MetaReverse, a liberating Ecosystem for Digital Creators and Makers, one step at a time since 2013. We are a community-led business with clear and transparent values.
We are expanding our UX/UI team and seeking a full-time permanent candidate who is a talented and ambitious senior manager to help us deliver our exciting roadmap for our global community. You will be working closely with our senior management and the community, as well as our product and technology teams.
We are expanding our Product Owner team and seeking a full-time permanent candidate who is a talented, ambitious and detail orientated.
We are looking for an individual who is curious about 3D printing and passionate about helping the community grow, shares the values that we hold at MyMiniFactory, and truly believes in the success of the platform; willing to go the extra mile to ensure this success.
Applicants are preferred to have:
• Demonstrated experience in UX/UI, 5+ years
• Good knowledge of best in class UX/UI design and practice
• Proficiency with Figma
• Ability to visually articulate complex data and product tasks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ideally with scale-up experience
Responsibilities:
• Leading the improvement of UX/UI research and design process throughout the company
• Taking ownership of the component library and its' integration in product development
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions
• Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high fidelity prototypes
• Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates
• Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements
• Create design solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends
• Use and propose new, key data and metrics to evaluate product impact
• Apply, adapt, and/or define UX/UI writing and content design frameworks for user experiences, including principles, patterns, and systems
• Researching and understanding user needs, organisation and policy goals, and using these to reduce or remove issues and problems
• Understanding, visualising and mapping the whole supporting system of a service and designing targeted and useful service improvements

You will have relationships with and help existing creators who are on MyMiniFactory, facilitating their success by pitching them the power of the Community Ecosystem and associated products / offerings we are building. The particular focus will be on Creators in the Games industry, with a special focus on Table Top and Board Games. You will be working closely with our senior management, the community and our marketing team. Your passion for open community, growing business and establishing long term relations with creative designers will be second to none. You will listen to creators' specific needs and share them with our product team to help build a better MyMiniFactory.
We are looking for an individual who is curious, and passionate about helping a creative community to grow, someone who shares the values that we hold at MyMiniFactory, and truly believes in the success of the Ecosystem; willing to go the extra mile to ensure this success.
